Kim Shui’s Autumn Winter 2023 collection celebrated femininity, emphasizing autonomy and freedom. The collection aimed to exude sensuality and highlight the female form, with each model receiving three bundles of 45-60 inches of human hair. Jaylin personally braided each model’s hair in under three hours, creating exaggerated mermaid-length styles reminiscent of 90s Janet Jackson and Y2K cyber chic. A standout feature was the hair tattoo, crafted from stencils of vegan snake skin from Shui’s collection, showcased in Hypebeast, Nylon, and Vogue.
